| Established in 1992 by Mr Teo Tuan Kwee, TTK Group began operations as Teo Tuan Kwee Sdn Bhd to capitalise on the increasing market demand. Prior to forming Teo Tuan Kwee Sdn Bhd, Mr Teo founded Syarikat Perniagaan Dan Perwakilan Pengangkutan Teo in 1978, which served as the foundation for the future growth of the group. |

| Together with Madam Yeo Hock Kim, the company expanded its Lorry Tanker transportation services to include edible oils, oleochemicals, biodiesel and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). |

| Today, the company is involved heavily in Container Haulage Services which makes up a bulk of our business volume. |

| TTK Group operates a combined fleet of over 400 vehicles consisting of road tankers, cargo trucks, and haulers. We connect producers, manufacturers, commerce and consumers to logistics routes throughout Malaysia and Singapore. |
